Refunds

Please contact us at support@seamossbysuede.com if you have any issues with your order. We will not accept returns due to the nature of the product. 

 

Damaged or Lost Product


We will gladly replace or refund lost or damaged product, you will need to provide a picture of the damaged product and/or order number within 5-7 Business days of receiving your order. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

 

Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
